In the winter of 2006, a couple of guys on the "Reality and Beyond Radio Show" (JD Duvall, Matt Mello and their dear friend Clark Hinckley) decided that Willimantic needed a Celebration at the Beginning of the year. One that represented a little of what Windham offers throughout the rest of the year. Well that idea is now an Event.
Thanks to Willimantic Renaissance Inc., the group that runs the Third Thursday Streetfest, the Willimantic Downtown Committee, and other fellow community volunteers in helping make this dream a reality.
